1. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States only.

2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@keymousepro.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.

6. When will I receive my refund?

7. I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking shows no updates or if you're concerned, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
